What you'll do

Position Overview:
The Sales & Business Development Manager will focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the fintech/payments space. They will acquire new clients, close deals, and build key partnerships. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for fintech.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Lead efforts to increase sales and grow revenue in the fintech and payments sectors by identifying market opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and build relationships with new clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process to turn them into long-term customers.

  • Closing Deals: Take charge of negotiating and closing high-value deals with clients, ensuring the terms meet both client needs and company goals.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key industry players to help grow the business, expand our reach, and stay competitive.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams like marketing, product, and operations to ensure everyone is aligned and working together to meet company goals and deliver the best solutions for clients.

 

Key Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Payments industry, preferably in Cross Border/International Payments, with a proven ability to drive growth and acquire clients.

  • Someone experienced in dealing with clients for SEA market, will be a plus

  • Strong industry knowledge and a demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and business success.

  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills to effectively build relationships and close high-value deals.

  • A genuine passion for fintech and a keen interest in the future of payments, with a drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
